Development

Once we have a full portrait of your vision, we’ll get to work putting the parts together.

Since we come from diverse hospitality backgrounds and have worked with hundreds of foodservice operators like yourself from all walks of the trade, we'll use a variety of best practices to develop truly customized solutions.

From the efficient layout and design of your restaurant, developing creative menus and recipes, writing training manuals and SOP’s to cover your entire operation from soup to nuts, we create actionable strategies unique to your operation that will enable your business to thrive.

Implementation

Let's Roll!

Once the physical space is ready for action, all operational systems are developed, and staff is in place, it's game time!

From getting the space organized and ready, receiving opening inventories, testing and tasting your menu, to working side-by-side with your staff, we will be there with you 100%.

Once you’re up and running, Mise en Place will still be there, monitoring guest experiences, improving operational efficiencies, supporting your staff, and driving profitability.
